The EMF series of reactive dyes represent a major R&D achievement in dye development, realizing the advent of alkali-free dyeing for reactive dyes. They exhibit high dye uptake under neutral dyeing conditions, reduce the hydrolysis rate of the dyes, and offer excellent dyeing synchrony and compatibility. This series facilitates convenient and quick operation during dyeing and color addition, provides good leveling properties with minimal risk of uneven dyeing, shortens the dyeing process time, enhances production efficiency, and lowers the overall dyeing cost. Suitable for light to medium shades on cellulose fibers such as cotton and hemp, as well as for light shades on blended fabrics using disperse/reactive one-bath methods.
